TEAMWORK, TECHNOLOGY, AND TRANSPARENCY: ENVISIONING YOUR SCHOOL INNOVATION PLAN
 
How can you move forward as an effective 21st century learning community? Create a whole-school innovation plan that involves teachers, administrators, and students and is developed around curriculum goals, improvement initiatives, and technology objectives.
During this hands-on workshop participants will explore:

  • their vision for a school-wide technology plan;
  • collaborative planning practices using a technology advisory committee and other inputs;
  • tools to determine if technology is positively impacting your school’s instructional and administrative objectives;
  • models for investigating and assessing the TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) for school-wide technology initiatives.
