At this time of year, while school is technically starting to wind down, principals are already strategically starting to contemplate preparations for the forthcoming year. With the increased emphasis on accountability, there has never been a more important time for forward thinking, a time to review and reflect on whole school data and to develop a framework for aligning information into a cohesive, whole school, strategic, action plan-a plan that would frame the next year's work and would be a living, flexible document to drive the content, process and pedagogy of differentiated teaching and learning.

This workshop will offer a framework for strategic planning for whole school improvement, to drive a cohesive approach to maximize achievement and progress for every student. It will support leaders in further developing their knowledge in designing, implementing and aligning data, systems and structures within their own school in a practical and process-driven approach to whole school planning for the 2009/2010 school year.

Come spend an afternoon with Liz Irwin and Alice Stabiner and find out how your school’s data can work overtime for you.
