In preparation for this round table discussion all of the participants read the recent report released by the National Staff Development Council, "Professional Learning in the Learning Profession: A Status Report on Teacher Development in the United States and Abroad". During this episode, our consultants attempted to unravel some of the key findings from this report, and examined its implications on professional development in the 21st century and their individual work in schools.
