AUSSIE helps schools use data to plan for an effective school quality review and weave the five essential criteria into a cohesive action plan to drive whole school change. They understand that gathering documentation and data is not enough and help you to put that data into action
AUSSIE assists in analyzing the data collected from your  last QR in order to give you vital information to support your work, design aligned professional development and improve student outcomes and prepare you for your next QR. The QR support encompasses the items below, plus customized support for your learning community.

•  Depending on your school’s individual needs, an AUSSIE consultant can assist you to:Collaboratively set up a systematic method of data collection so that multiple levels of data are gathered and analysed
• Assist you to develop a ‘Data Policy & Guidelines’ document
•  Use data formatively so as to influence teacher practice
• Set-up and be a part of the inquiry team when appropriate
• Develop an assessment policy that balances summative, formative and diagnostic assessment practices
•  Manage the  Data Analysis Team to review student data as well as analyze feedback from last year’s quality review-- using the structures and systems set up for your data collection- to formulate an action plan
•  Identify and document learning goals for each student
•  Put in place accountability protocols to monitor progress towards the meeting of student learning goals
• Discuss the implications of this data review with the Data Analysis Team
• Work with teachers in linking data from student assessment to differentiation of instruction
•  Liaise with Principal/Assistant Principal to organize the necessary documentation to present to the Quality Reviewer
• Support the School Leadership Team/Data Analysis Team in preparing outcomes based, data driven documentation
• Work with teachers, Coaches and key personnel in preparing presentations of school achievements
• Ensure your CSP, SQR and PPR are interconnected
•  Use the results of the School Quality Review to develop action plans that target the areas needing improvement and design the appropriate instruction,
•  Design a plan for professional development that prioritizes the indicated areas needing improvement —(Student need drives teacher professional development!)
• Support the school during the School Quality Review.
