Unlike other professional development services providers, AUSSIE's team of experienced consultants provide customized, job-embedded, research-based professional development. Our focus is to provide professional learning across the school community to realize instructional, curriculum, and often, systemic changes. Our work is designed to improve the effectiveness of teaching by improving instructional practices. AUSSIE supports the use of ongoing assessment to measure what students know and to track their progress over time, and the use of the data to differentiate instruction accordingly.
We are committed to ensuring our work has both an immediate and long-term impact. Our approach is not about the 'quick-fix', it is about building capacity and laying a solid foundation on which schools can continue to build in the future.
